Cashier Cum Accountant

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
(A brief description of why the job exists and what is expected of it to achieve)
· Implement daily accounting activities to get accounting procedure to be in proper control, internal & external reports to be submitted on time
· To keep record of daily transaction
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform daily accounting activities independently and teamwork.
· Assist Chief Accountant.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Issue invoices for service, cars sales
· Following expenses and documentation in HN.
· Cash collection, collection checking with bank.
· Update daily journal entry into accounting software timely and accurately
· Assist Chief accountant in annual accounting activities/functions such as year- end audit, stock- take
· Following inventory transactions.
· Other jobs as assigned by Chief Accountant/ HOD
· Deposit collection/cash on hand to bank account.
· Following account AR/AP, cash book report.

Graduated from Economics/Accounting University/College
Minimum 2 year experience
Personal attributes: Honest, details, accuracy, hard working, smart
Skills: English: basic, use Microsoft Office & Account software, preferred Bravo
