Providing guidance to Cat Man on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
Frequent and regular visits of our Stores, competitors and suppliers (show room)
Involve & guidance on regular basis with suppliers (targets of sales, Promos, Stock ,OOS …)
Identifying market trends and monitoring supply and demand (New items, business opportunities)
Managed a team of Category Managers & Assistant (> 4 persons)
Involve with Cat Man on Negotiate trading terms, Promotion with suppliers
Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas.
Maintain trusted and reinstall confidence in relationship with suppliers
Stay involved in Stock Distribution, Manage the Obsolete items
Make and Respect Buying plan to match DOI ( Division Target 60 days/stores)
Check & Valid Category review twice a year
Responsible of Pricing Strategy and Price Management
Responsible for Front Margin , other income, Back Margin
Monitor stock Level and service level ( Follow up suppliers, sales, evolution, quality & deliveries )

Leadership and team management
Proficient on Microsoft office
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Hyper market retail business and /or related business
Process orientation
Good level of spoken and written in English
Decision making
Knowledge of Softline Retail industry and Merchandising management is a must.
Communicate and interpersonal
Knowledge of supermarket/ hypermarket business is an advantage.
