Category Lead

Negotiate on price, timeline, FOC, payment terms on all vendor/ brand/ supplier‘s orders.
Report on performance/ key note takeaway, product life cycle management, briefing on market research,
Optimize category product selections for sale/ revenue while maintaining the visual and aesthetic of the selections.
Persuasive, sale- driven, goal- oriented, sell to the sellers, sell ideas to customers and stakeholders
Lead cross- functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Be responsible for driving and executing category strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective management of vendor relationships.

5+ years of experience in product management, category management, marketing or a related field
Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Home Living, Lifestyle, Baby, Gift for Him industry is a plus
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying areas for growth
Proven track record of leading cross- functional teams to achieve business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and problem- solving skills
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
