Develop plans and be responsible for the Category team in finding brands to cooperate with according to MCN&039;s sales campaign (industry, segment), develop & build long- term relationships with brands & retailers.
Implement the entire process of working with suppliers from start to finish, including: searching/welcoming and selecting suppliers, negotiating cooperation policies, monitoring contract signing & periodically summarizing sales for all parties.
Negotiate with partners to optimize benefits for Creators and MCNs on % commission sharing when selling and ensure product quality to consumers.
Report weekly/monthly to direct superiors and provide partner development plans as required.
Manage contracts and signing processes to ensure full commitment of benefits on price, product quality, delivery time and other services.
Develop/Propose promotion strategies on the Tik Tok Shop channel for partners and implement "product training" content for the MCN system.
Find solutions to improve and optimize to achieve set business goals. Manage and evaluate the work performance of each team member, ensuring that the staff has enough quantity and quality to maintain operations effectively.
Manage & develop relationships with suppliers based on product catalog, business campaigns and long- term plans on the Tik Tok Shop platform with MCN.
Plan to organize sales campaigns to ensure benefits between MCN/ Creators and brands when cooperating.

Have at least 3 years of experience working with brands in the position of Account at an agency or managing suppliers on e- commerce platforms
Graduate in marketing, economics, e- commerce, business administration
Complete work on time and withstand high pressure.
Have experience operating shops on the Tik Tok Shop/ Shopee/ Lazada platform or implementing affiliate campaigns on social media channels is a plus
Have knowledge and mindset about sales (retail) and marketing.
