ROLES

Supervise the Supply base to maximize Sales & Profitability
Manage a Category as a Business Unit, Management Strategy and customize to satisfy Customer Needs

Working with Customer Management, develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Category
Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary Admin is completed in a timely and fashion manner
Negotiate with supplier to ensure effectiveness of the Offer Management roles in term of contract, assortment, pricing, promotion, distribution,...
Propose the listing/delisting items or suppliers to ensure the KPIs of the category together with his/her manager

KEY RESULT AREAS

Working as a category manager to regularly research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customers&039; need and merchandise opportunities
Work closely internally with other departments and coordinate both internal and external resources to achieve business goals on behalf of a category and the company
Run the necessary reports as and when required
All Categories related data on the system is up to date and accurate.
Achievement of Commercial KPI’s
Drive continuous improvement in business processes and increase team’s overall efficiency.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures.
Strategic mindset and a strong sense of the market; have a point of view and direction on where to take the business and ability to drive and execute a long-term business plan.
Experience in Category management of a modern Retails or e-commerce
Good at English languages (both written and oral)
University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
