C&B Coordinator

Ensure employee database, contract and profile is maintain and ready to use
Preparing and control time attendance, insurance, PIT, labor contracts, policies, benefits and other tasks related to Payroll.
Support employee to resolve topic related to time attendance, payment and benefit concern

Support and monitor company salary review history
Record company business result data da vs C&B history
Support Expat and Local Plus from hire/relocation to retire/repatriation
Ensure the C&B policies is aligned regional & global & Collective agreement with Trade union.
Liaise with external consultants, refer to the law change to ensure necessary adjustment and planning for annual company personnel budget.
Implement C&B system (training roadmap, workflow, SOP)

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is must.
At least 1 years of experience in general HR or Payroll
Graduated from University or College (Law, Business Administration, Economic, Human Resources)
Good knowledge and understanding in Policies, Regulations and Labor law
Ability to work high under- pressure.
Good at English full 4 skills (Listening, speaking, reading & writing)
