Key Purpose of the Job:As Center Head of Sales, you will lead the sales team in a center and provide day-to-day mentoring & oversight to the Educational Consultants in your center. The main responsibility for the role consist of managing WSE net cash collection (NCC) while also enhancing our brand and its level of service excellence within the Vietnam market. This will be achieved through the delivery of outstanding education and sales consultancy service within your center.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Sales Management
Ensure the timely EPP collection from every sales team member
Monitor the timely follow-up update on the CRM system to help tracking the sale pipeline and process
Ensure compliance to contract freeze policy
Monitor renewals and engage with the service team to facilitate the renewal contract conversion
Cooperate with service team to engage the students and achieve the referral contract target
Manage the Sales team of your center and ensure the sales targets are achieved
Propose the monthly and weekly sales plan to the Head of Sales
Drive recruitment and training efforts to build a team deliver high sales performance
Run weekly sales meetings and set objectives for every sales member
Escalate to Head of Sales when required to handle exceptions
Ensure compliance to the ground rules and distribute the leads to the team accordingly
Oversee each sales team member performance daily
Communication of the sales targets, promotions and pricing to the Sales team
Sales & Supply funnels collaboration
Communicate to the management team some areas to improve the conversion of the leads
Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the supply funnel Teams and the sales team with respect to the management of the leads for each media owner in the marketing team
Ensure that all leads for which the sales team is responsible are entered in the system with the right form and the right source is associated to the lead
Attend the weekly customer insights meeting to identify the location marketing opportunities
Sales & Service alignment
Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction
Facilitate productive communication between Sales and Service teams
Collaborate with the Service teams to foster a strong working relationship between the Service and Sales teams to deliver a consistent experience to our students
Partner with the Service teams to ensure synergies are created between sales and service to drive internal revenues and products upselling
Sales & Reception Officer management
Responsible for the overall look and feel of the center ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
Cooperate with the Head of Customer Experience to train and coach the Reception Officers on related sale tasks and ensure the compliance to the ground rules
