Center Manager (CM)

Sales and Marketing Planning

To ensure a thorough process goes into implementation and delivery of sales, revenue and marketing targets; in conjunction with the Head Tutor and in line with the campus targets

Operations Planning

CMs are responsible for all aspects of the location operation

Human Resources

Performance and development of all 8A location staff including Educational Consultants, Academic, Admin and other staff.

Budget management

Manage the overall spending of their 8A locations.

Evaluation & Reporting

At all time CMs should know and be able to report on all aspects of their campus

Communication

Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Campus operations

Brand Management

To make sure that the Campus’s image and operations reflect the 8A brand image and behaviours

Campus and Organisational Support

Support the overall operation of their locations and the national activities of the organization

Teaching Quality and Delivery

Minimum of 2 years management experience
Excellent communication skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately
Highly analytical and possesses creative and intuitive problem- solving ability
Data and target driven mindset, a general understanding of business, sales and marketing
Previous experience managing sales or operational teams
Bachelor’s degree qualified and experience in education or a related field such as hospitality, banking and insurance

Salary 15- 20 + Bonus
12 annual leave days/year
Weekly working hours: 44 hours / week – 5.5 days/week
13th month salary
