[Central] Area Sales Manager

Account Development & Merchandising: Conduct business reviews, Manage implementation of Marketing plans, Manage distribution & outlets
Communications: Reported information, Documented Outputs
People development: Recruit & select sales staff, Train & coach staff, Maintain staff discipline
Order Generation: Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, Monitored volume growth
Third party & Financial Management: Cooperate & solve operation issues, Manage 3rd party performance, Review 3rd party performance plan
Asset & Routine Management: Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting, Review & managed performance, Manage company&039;s assets in territory

- 5 years in sales experience in similar positions in FMCG
- College graduated/ Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Analytical Ability, time management, planning, Organizing, Controlling and problem solving skills.
- Good Interpersonal, Leadership, Conflict Management Skills
- Ability to work independently under high pressure
