Centralized Control Tower Supervisor (CCT Supervisor)

- Supervise a team of control tower operators/planners to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.- Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders such as Strategic planning team, analyst, Transport operation team, etc., for smooth execution of projects.- Provide support in resolving any issues or challenges related to delays or other work- related concerns.- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the centralized control tower operations to improve efficiency and productivity.- Work closely with other departments within DHL Group such as IT, Transport operation, etc., to ensure seamless coordination across different functions.- Participate in regular meetings with management teams to discuss performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Bachelor&039;s degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years&039; experience working in a logistics/supply chain environment.- Experience working with tracking systems like TMS/WMS will be an added advantage.- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent attention- to- detail.- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.- Working location: flexible location depending on business requirements.
