Our CEO is Australian, and you will work directly with him to provide comprehensive administrative support for him and the company, with a focus on interpreting tasks in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English. Glazed Frog&039;s innovative approach is evident in the facilities we provide for staff and the software and equipment we supply to ensure you can perform your job to the best of your ability. Responsibilities:
- Provide real- life interpreting services in Chinese during meetings and business interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Translate documents and communications accurately and efficiently between Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.
- Assist in preparing business documents.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Expected to join business trips (domestic and international trips) for interpreting work.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferable experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C- level executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese with real- life interpreting and translation skills (both verbal and written)
- Required to have a valid passport and willing to travel for work (domestic and international trips).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong common sense are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
