Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Provide administrative support to the female CEO in both business and personal matters.
Support the Human Resources and Administrative departments with tasks as requested by the Director.
Arrange business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Contribute ideas and assist in planning company programs and activities.
Take detailed notes during meetings, prepare minutes, and summarize key content.
Review and verify documents from departments and divisions, and submit them to the Director for approval.
Synthesize, monitor, and evaluate departmental reports; conduct data analysis as requested by the Director.
Manage the CEO&039;s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with partners, clients, and internal teams
Receive information from the Director and communicate it clearly and accurately to relevant departments, gathering feedback from managers.
Requirement
Studied abroad is preferred, graduated from University (priority is given to graduates with majors in Economics, Foreign Affairs, Diplomacy, Foreign Languages, and Finance)
Good at managing time and staying organized.
At least 1 years of experience working as an assistant to the Director/General Director of a Multinational Corporation/Company.
Have experience going abroad is preferred
Agile, proactive, creative, and dynamic.
Age: 1987- 2002
Pays attention to details and ensures accuracy.
Can work independently and think critically.
Able to go on business trips.
Able to work under pressure.
Skilled with office software and computers.
Proficient in English
