CEO Primus's Client

The CEO is responsible for the overall management including strategic objectives, seaport construction project and operational activities of the company:
• Develops and maintains relationships with domestic/international contractors, consultants and government agencies.
• Ensures project timeline and project quality;
• Provides strategic direction for the project including construction investment and business operations;
• Manages the bidding process for construction projects, including the selection of contractors and the negotiation of contracts;
• Implement and complete project legal procedures;
• Oversees and coordinates the resources needed for projects, including planning and design, procurement and contracting, construction management, quality control, safety and human resources;

• Experience in related fields, such as logistics, water transportation construction may also be considered;
• Understanding of legal steps in implementing Seaport project Construction;
• For expatriate, working experience in Vietnam and Vietnam culture understanding is a plus;
• Understanding of port operational standards;
• Proven experience as Project Management and/or Operations Management (experience in Seaport/Deep- C port is a plus);
• Preferably in seaport construction management;
• Bachelor&039;s degree in civil engineering, industrial construction or a related field;
• At least 10 years of experience in construction/ management with at least 5 years of experience in port construction or industrial zone;
• Leadership competencies.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards of international bidding FIDIC, types of container shipping;
