RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trainer to switch more Dental Professional to buy and practice with Ceramic products
Take photographs of the work made on training as well as participants workshop.
Develop veneering skill in the use of initial ceramics including staining skill on monolithic/substructure materials with Spectrum and Initial IQ Lustre Paste as well as with the new micro- layering material SQIN developed by for Zirconia and Lithium DiSilicate substructure.
Deliver basic ceramic training courses appropriate to win more customers/dental laboratories needs of practicing and using Ceramic products in the whole Vietnam region.
Be able to travel in SEA and support SEA Ceramist Trainer on training, presentation and events.
Be active on the SEA Lab Social Media platforms.
Customer Support to gain more Dental Lab customers with Ceramic products
Provide prompt support to sell Vietnam Ceramic products via Dental Lab partners and Dental Professionals using Ceramic to patients, afford technical queries on full Ceramic Lab products range.
Collate and document knowledge gained from these queries and problem solving so that experiences can be shared amongst SEA Ceramist Trainer.
Knowledge transfer to gain more customers with Ceramic products
Work with Vietnam Operatory Sale reps associates to broaden their understanding of laboratory products.
Elaborate report document on training courses with number of participants, topics covered, duration of the training, venue, sales result, suggestion on the follow- up of participants after training.
Liaise with SEA Ceramist Trainer to gain a high- level understanding on the technical and clinical aspects of laboratory products with emphasis on the determined focus products.
Disseminate any appropriate knowledge to SEA Ceramist Trainer person so that both can build reputation as experts in dental laboratory technologies and their application to aesthetic restorations in Vietnam.
REQUIREMENTS:

Be able to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint efficiently.
Be able to speak both Vietnamese, and English as a personal advantage, both verbal and written
Be able to plan and accomplish goals setting to gain Ceramic users in Dental care channels.
Be aware of needs of participants who have different backgrounds and skills.
Be an experienced dental ceramist able to demonstrate a basic level of aesthetic ceramic layering skills.
Be able to plan effectively, priorities and work to deadlines.
Be familiar with digital workflow in the dental laboratory practices in Vietnam.
Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Have outstanding learning and communication skills.
Be enthusiastic about training and have a strong desire to help Dental Lab Technicians to improve their Ceramic Lab skills with Ceramic products.
Own Teamwork spirit and discipline for performing tasks assigned.
