CFO and Backend Operations Director

Job Description:
Diag, on of leading medical laboratory in Vietnam, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the dual role of CFO and Backend Operations Director. This individual will be responsible for managing a range of detailed tasks within the following functions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance at Diag:
Finance/Accounting:
- Manage financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Procurement:
- Monitor and analyze procurement performance and vendor relationships.
- Lead procurement processes to acquire goods and services for the organization.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost savings.
HR, Talent Acquisition, and Office Admin:
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Handle office administration tasks such as facilities management, supplies procurement, and administrative support.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Legal and Compliance:
- Ensure legal compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks.
Team Management:
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals across different functions.
- Drive teamwork, communication, and alignment towards organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results- driven work environment.

Job Requirements:
Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in managing detailed functions such as Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Office Admin, Legal, and Compliance.
Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations management, and leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
Strategic thinker with the ability to devise and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Strong problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity in all aspects of work.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
