Job Responsibilities
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and summarize meeting contents to support management and administration activities.
• Translate and interpret English documents when required.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Chairman.
• Monitor and remind departments to complete tasks as requested by the Chairman.
• Maintain and archive relevant documents and information.
• Arrange the Chairman’s working schedule, meeting schedule, and business trip schedule.
• Receive, classify, arrange, and process information, documents, and materials from departments, then consolidate and submit them to the Chairman.
• Prepare documents and collect necessary information as requested by the Chairman.
• Report work progress regularly and directly to the Chairman.

Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Problem- solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Good report writing skills; ability to synthesize and update information.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, honest, and responsible at work.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks independently with good time management.
• College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills, with good reading and writing ability.
• Female candidates; fresh graduates are welcome.
