Channel Development Executive

Prepare Contract, Annex Template, Internal Memo, Proposal Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly/ or special cases sent to Sales Team and related stakeholders
Prepare Mechanic and related documents of Sales promotion programs
Prepare and send report weekly, monthly or upon request
Analyze data of Dealers on RDS/ DMS system
Follow up Contract/ Annex/ Price list, related documents signed by Customer and/ or TOAV
Prepare TCW data analysis report
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Prepare Inventory of Dealers analysis report
Participate in Sales promotion events such as: Seminar, Workshop, MIT, etc.
Other reports in SAP & BI system
Manage market coverage analysis
Support Sales team on issues of location, photo taken at site error, QR code scanning, … and work with IT Team to support
Follow up related activities and POSM, sample, gifts, schedule, report… of events
Work with related Dept. about program and payment to Dealers

Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good at data analysis
2- 3 year experience of similar position
Understanding about SAP/BI system or software is prefer
University graduation of Economics or related field
Good at Microsoft Excel & English
Understanding about business operation/ Sales operations
