Channel Retail Assistant Manager

In charge of PS/ME Training & Management, Display Management and Promotion Execution to push sell- out & maximize the sales revenue
PS/ME TRAINING & MANAGEMENT

Implement & monitor training strategies for PS team to provide essential knowledge & sales skill to ensure PS productivity and efficiency to push sell- out
Plan & optimize PS headcount within the channel
Deploy PS incentive scheme to motivate PS performance

DISPLAY MANAGEMENT

Work closely with DMX Head, PS and related team to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of product displays at retail points & increase display in- house- share to push sell- out
Address and resolve issues related to Out of Stock (OOS), Out of Display (OOD), and other field sales challenges

PROMOTION EXECUTION

Coordinate with Marketing & Product teams to develop and execute in- store trade promotion plans
Conduct trade promotion events: Seminar, customer conference, road show,…
Conduct regular market visits & work with store managers to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in- store trade promotions

OTHERS

All of the related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Collect and consolidate reports & feedback to Line Manager
