Responsibilities

Bar Duties
Maintain the equipment. Keep track of all equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Quality control of the drinks, menu, recipes, and costings. Design a plan for daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and QCs.
Ensure proper setup, working station organization, and efficient operation of beverages.
Preparing drinks according to our menu and guests&039; requests.
Handle and follow up on any guest’s complaint linked to F&B quality.
Maintain hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of drink preparation.
Leadership
Supervise, manage, and assist the team during daily operations.
Provide training to our staff on beverage preparation, recipes, and drink- related SOPs.
Ensure regular and punctual attendance among the team.
Perform training and performance reviews with the team.
Recruit and train new team members when needed.
Inventory
Perform weekly inventory. Place inventory with our Procurement weekly.
Submit monthly reports.
Control the ingredient and packaging levels. Minimize wastage.
Skillsets

- Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
- Team spirit. Leadership skills. Passion for Customer Service.
- Language skill: Conversational English. Korean is a plus.
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
- Knowledge and interest in Matcha and Japanese tea are preferred.
- Experience in Beverages (R&D, barista, bartender, etc.).
