The Head of Security is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations for Chateau de Saigon (for distinguished and luxury residential estate). This includes developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, leading a team of security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of all property assets, personnel, and visitors.

Security Strategy Development:
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the property and overall business objectives.
Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols.
Security Team Management:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication.
Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a highly skilled and motivated security team.
Access Control and Surveillance:
Monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify and investigate incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security standards and procedures.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of access control systems, including CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and perimeter security measures.
Incident Response:
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies.
Liaison with External Agencies:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, and other relevant agencies.
Collaborate with external security consultants and vendors to enhance security measures and address specific security challenges.
