Chef de Partie (Asian) | Giám sát Bếp Á

• Organizes kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.
• Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
• Works with Supervisor in manpower planning and management needs
• Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the Asian dishes.
• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

Required Skills
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Qualifications
• High School or Diploma in Culinary
Experience
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
• 2 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
