Create 2D drawings on CAD software (proficient in AutoCAD) such as bidding and project drawings; Basic design drawings, bidding drawings, construction drawings, as- built drawings.
Manage, print & store soft copy & hard copy
Report directly to the Board of Directors on arising issues
Supervising and advising the Board of Directors to minimize related expenses (material costs, labor costs ...)
Check the status of the site and coordinate with the site supervisor to adjust the drawings accurately
Prepare the list of supplies for the project (take off quantities based on approved drawing; check and take responsibility for the accuracy of the list of supplies required)
Other jobs as assigned from the Board of Directors
Create construction schedule
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (Investor, Supervision consultant, Construction contractor ...) to achieve working efficiency at the construction site
Responsible for as- built documents; inspect and accept; coordinate with the Project Department (Project manager, Project Admin; Accountant) to proceed payment documents from customers
Managing construction team: team leaders and workers at the construction site; track and be responsible for the working hours of construction workers (attendance data; overtime registration)
To ensure the HSE and Quality Checks are being carried out regularly by the HSE / QC Dept at their project site regularly, monitor and address the comments in the report accordingly.

Ability to communicate, create working relationships
Graduated from related engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Water supply and drainage; Electricity- refrigeration; Electricity; Electricity- electronics)
Experience: at least 2- 3 years or more in related field
Capable of leading, assigning, leading and managing site staff
The ability to solve problems
Proficiency: MS skills, EX, Auto cad software ...
Communicative English (at the technical and professional level; good at English is an advantage)

2- month probation period, 85% salary.
Income: Negotiable
Receive full job training and skills. 12 days leave/year. Maximum 15 days leave.
