Chief accountant

This position plays a key role in Finance Department to perform accounting records, reporting and budgeting books timely and accurately in accordance with local/ group accounting standards/ principles, and registered accounting system.
To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements”.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental and personal objectives.
Record/ filing all business transactions and close the books timely and accurately in accordance with accounting standards/ principles, and registered accounting system
Update the history data into the budgeting forms for next year budget preparation purposes.
These must flow in a logical path from the business plan objectives.
Prepare and issue accurate and timely reporting to BU/BG management, and local authorizers
Assistance to internal control as BU or Corporate requirements and complete all required external and internal/corporate audit.
Supervise accounting section and advise Accountants on their career development plan and build- up and build a strong teamwork.
Declare, record, reconcile, pay and file taxes and other obligations to the Government duly as legal requirement

Experience: more than 3 years
Qualification: BA
English: Communication
Knowledge: Accounting
