KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Group’s Accounting System
Develop unified accounting templates and standards for the entire Group.
Establish, monitor, and standardize accounting procedures at member companies.
Review and supervise accounting operations, internal financial reports, and the Group’s consolidated reports.
Financial Reporting & Tax
Work with tax authorities, auditors, legal consultants, and related stakeholders.
Oversee accurate and timely tax declarations, submissions, and finalizations.
Prepare consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis.
Analyze financial and business performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Manage Domestic & International Banking Relations
Establish and maintain relationships with banks (local and international) for international payments, Letters of Credit (LC), export financing, and trade finance.
Prepare loan and guarantee documentation, negotiate credit terms, and monitor cash flow and interest rates.
Evaluate and advise on financial risks related to foreign exchange and international payments.
Financial System Development & Advisory
Stay updated with IFRS and recommend appropriate application (especially for multinational export activities).
Propose the use of accounting automation tools (OCR, RPA).
Coordinate the implementation and operation of ERP accounting systems (if applicable).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 3 years in a similar role at a company engaged in import- export activities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing. Chief Accountant Certificate required.
