- Ensure accounting and tax reporting are accurate and in line with the Government’s regulations:
- Work with credit organizations and financial institutes to ensure the capital, cash- flows of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Coordinating with Sales & Sales Support Department to monitor debts and expenses. Track and remind Sales Department to contact customers for debt collection
- Conduct & prepare reports for management purposes as requested by the General Director & BOD: cash flow, debts, expenses .../
- Assist Sales Department with preparing and monitoring contracts.
- Other duties
- Be the Chief Accountant and/or be responsible for the finance, accounting, tax related matters of subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Be primarily for monitoring and collecting debts
- Monitor the implementation of procurement contracts
- Be responsible for working with tax authorities and other authorities that govern the enterprises and financial & accounting data
- Organize, manage employees and operations of the Accounting Department, and train staff.
- Check invoices, vouchers and expenses to be in line with the Company’s regulations.

** Requirements:
- Min 3- 5 years’ relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in trading is preferred;
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and other accounting software;
- Honest; detail- oriented; high team- work spirit.
- BA in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification;
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager/ Chief Accountant;
- English: intermediate level at least.
- Excellent planning skills and able to interact with all levels and partners;
- Can work under high pressure. Willing to work hard for closing books at month end with strict deadlines;
