Position Objective:
Overseeing all tasks related to accounting, finance, and taxation and making sure the company complies with corporate and local policies and Vietnam financial regulations. In addition, this position has to handle some parts of sales and operation to ensure smooth processes till shipment to customers and office administrative tasks.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Review and evaluate cost & benefit of capital investment for management decision;
- Operates day to day activities i.e., accounting data entry into ERP system, receiving goods and issuing shipment packing slip, keying sales order and issuing purchasing order, standard cost and inventory part setup etc;
- Liaise with external parties (i.e., professional consulting firm, bank, auditor, government officers, customers, suppliers, etc.) to ensure all company activities related with them are settled/completed in due course;
- Forecasting and monitoring cashflow and working capital to ensure operating optimization including loan management;
- Performs monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing according to closing checklist, corporate schedule, local statutory requirements in ERP and management reporting systems;
- Review and verify all expenses according to company policies and ensure they are having valid document and be complied with Vietnam regulations;
- Be focal point of contact and handle all office administrative tasks;
- Adequate internal control to comply with corporate and local policies, approval matrix, and local regulations;
- Handles quarterly forecasting and annually budgeting in management reporting systems;
- Performs any special or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Support sales and operation in areas of contract and credit term review, costing and logistics preparation, shipment processing, logistics and custom clearance, order booking, generating weekly/ monthly sales reports (forecast/plan order intake and shipment), and any other activities not limited to above mentioned;
- Ensure submission of VAT & Withholding Tax be on due time with Vietnam government
