Accounting Operations Management:
Directly operate, guide, and manage all activities of the accounting department.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and improve internal control procedures.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to the BoD.
Generate and provide accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and oversee the preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Financial Control & Compliance:
Oversee internal audits ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Manage and control the company’s finances, ensuring no loss of assets and promptly reporting any issues to the BoD.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal policies.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with other departments.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision- making.
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying areas for cost optimization.
Tax & Regulatory Management:
Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company’s financial operations.
Work closely with tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory bodies.
Ensure timely processing of tax declarations, including VAT, PIT, and corporate income tax.
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for financial growth.
Advise the Management Board on accounting, budgeting, and financial strategy.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Asset & Inventory Management:
Manage capital and assets, including the organization and direction of inventory control.
Check and review inventory liquidation reports and manage asset depreciation schedules.
Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of the company’s assets.
Cost & Revenue Control:
Approve and monitor revenues and expenditures, ensuring timely billing and collection.
Control revenue and costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Calculate salary costs and associated expenses in the management software.
Team Management & Development:
Coordinate work processes between the accounting department and other departments.
Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance.
Miscellaneous:
Handle employee reports on revenues and expenditures within the company.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
Perform other tasks as requested by the BoD and Group CFO.
