Chief Accountant Cum Office Manager

• Liaising with external auditors to issue the local FS and submit to the Authorities by the deadline and ensure compliance with local regulations on accounting standard for insurance entities.
• Monitoring the Company&039;s tax and other compulsory contributions to local authorities and ensure the correct and timely payments for those liabilities.
• Managing, controlling and mitigating the Risk within Accounting area.
• Managing people within the team to ensure a smooth running in Company Finance team and Administration in HCMC in an efficient way.
• Maintaining the Company&039;s GL and managing the team to provide accurately and timely the monthly/ quarterly/ year- end and ah- hoc reports to Regional Office, Local Management and Local Authorities.
• Monitoring internal control policies, guidelines and procedures to comply with The Company regulations.
• Assisting on preparing budget and forecast.
• Other duties from the General Director from time to time.
• Payroll administration and some works related to HR.
• Dealing with tax authorities on all tax related issues;

• Good in English both verbal and writing.
• A high level of numeracy and literacy, attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to manage priorities to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork- able to collaborate and work flexibly with others.
• Computer skill: master in MS Excel, good at MS Word and Power Point.
• Problem solving skills and ability to generate solutions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same or related position in insurance industry.
