Chief Accountant - Dong Nai Province

Our client is looking for a Chief Accountant who is taking care of end- to- end accountant process in a Manufacturing Industry.

Description
This role will include but not limited to:
* Ensures accuracy and completeness of financial statements and ensures compliance and alignment with company policies
* Control the company&039;s financial flow based on an agreed budget
* Work with different departments to ensure they go along with the forecast
* Familiar with dealing with tax, prepare for quarterly & yearly external/internal audit
* Develop and maintain manufacturing rate structure and communication with local site management.
* Preparation of manufacturing metrics and productivity/efficiency
* Manage and review local finance & accounting activities
Profile
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, or Controller in a manufacturing environment; Advanced degree and/or CPA preferred
* Familiarity with IFRS accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
* Detail oriented
* Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Highly experienced with taxes. Experience with customs (import- export)
