Chief Accountant - Fluent in English

• Liaise regularly with internal auditors to ensure an efficient audit process.
• Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
• Manage and eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk…
• Ensure statutory accounts are completed in accordance with Accounting Standards for reporting.
• Review and maintain up- to- date all accounting and operational control policies.
• Control budget and cash flow to save costs and increase productivity.
• Build- up and manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles and government law and respond to issue financial and internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by Director and Group CFO.
• Work closely with other colleagues within the Group to support continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement recommendations for internal control efficiency and improvement across the company.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and decision- making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting policies, and professional certifications in accounting and finance (priority Chief accountant certification).
- At least 7- 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and at least 3- 5 years of experience in the same position levels.
- Capable of communicating clearly to different depts and BU within the company.
- Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis. Highly proficient Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,…)
- Well- organized, hard- working, careful, keen on details, responsible, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Highly flexible/open- minded, resourceful, and practical.
