Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by Management or the Board of Directors to align with broader business goals.

Supervise audits and ensure full adherence to both domestic and international accounting standards, maintaining impeccable and secure financial records.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive our bold expansion in the fintech industry.
Engage in high- impact, innovative projects involving cutting- edge financial technologies and next- gen payment solutions where your expertise will stand out.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a streamlined, adaptable accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Strategic thinker who thrives on innovation and is not afraid to challenge conventional approaches.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the fintech or IT sectors.
Strong foundation in numbers and finance; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA (or equivalent) are a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from top- tier institutions such as the Academy of Finance, National Economics University, or Vietnam University of Commerce.
Proficient in English for effective professional communication.
Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues.
Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as FAST, MISA, etc.
Holder of a Chief Accountant Certificate.
