Chief Accountant (Kế Toán Trưởng)

Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. This includes staying up- to- date with changes in tax legislation and working with external tax advisors as needed.
Conducting financial ratio analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis to support decision- making and strategic planning.
Other tasks as required
Identify and manage financial risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Budgeting and Forecasting: You would play a key role in the budgeting process, working closely with other departments to develop financial forecasts and plans. This includes analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and making projections for future financial performance
Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records. This involves implementing policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and addressing any control deficiencies.
Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, is usually required. This demonstrates your ability to handle the responsibilities of overseeing the accounting function and leading a team.
As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of accountants. Therefore, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. You should be able to motivate and develop your team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Analytical and Problem- Solving Skills
English fluency is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations is essential. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is also important. Experience with accounting software
