We are recruiting one Chief Accountant with the following requirements:
Major Responsibilities
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Prepare business results reports, accounting management reports, and statistic accounting data under VAS and IFRS as might require
· Responsible for annual audit FS
· Handle accounting books, invoices, and original documents of the holding company according to prevailing regulations
· Supervise accounting staff.
· Control revenue, operating costs, costing calculation sheet, capital expenditures, assets, and liabilities for holding company
· Prepare annual budget and update monthly forecast following internal procedure
· Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecasting process
· Set up and standardize financial and accounting system
· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, and tax reports. Carry out tax finalization with tax authorities
· Review payment documents and make payment

REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently, with enthusiasm and long- term commitment to the Company
· Must have experience working for Real Estate Company/ Real Estate Developer
· Have Chief Accountant certification
· Bachelor/ Post graduate in Accounting
· Well- organized, multi- tasked, problem- solving skills
· Strong experiences in cost control, tax finalization, and transfer pricing are a distinct advantage
· Willing to work under high pressure, self- motivated, and long- life learning
· Personal qualities: careful, honest, integrity, hardworking, responsible.
· Good command of written and spoken English
· At least 10 years of experience working in a similar position
