Scope of work

Coordinate and control of related company accounting processes
Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and other partners and consultants
Manage and improve the entire accounting process, from recording primary documents to presenting financial statements
Conduct all necessary training to keep the team&039;s skills and knowledge up to date
Prepare and submit accounting reports, and declarations to state institutions and company management
Be responsible for organization and supervision of the company&039;s accounting in accordance with business needs and accounting regulations
Coordinate with financial department to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
Maintain current and garner new client relationships

Experience in B2B enterprise or foreign invested company is a plus
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chief Accountant role or equivalent in mid- to large- sized organizations
Experience in consolidating financial statements with parent- subsidiaries company model
Good written and verbal English communication is a plus
High standards of business ethics and professional conduct
Strong leadership with excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam taxation and accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities
Analytical thinking, organizational skills
Proactive, hardworking and diligent, and able to motivate the team and lead by example
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent (ACCA and CPA certificates are preferred)
Experience working with ERP System and accounting software
Capacity to organise time and plan actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines and work under high pressure
Strong knowledge of business accounting standards, compliance standards and tax legislation
Precision and reliability; ability to work autonomously
Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
