Chief Accountant - Pawnshops

· payment & journal vouchers, accounting entries, delegated authority, reconciliation, cash
· Preparing cashflow forecast and other reports.
· Booking transactions to Accounting system daily (1C software)
· Overview control matters & identify potential issues including but not limit to contract,
· Reconcile collection and disbursement data from payment gateway
· Working with tax authorities on tax auditing and banks from companies.
· Working with payments timely.
· Review all of accounting entries, monitor all accounting accounts
· Managing cashflow of group of companies, control all the expenses with accounting

· Managing and operating accounting records of 2- 3 companies.

· Identifying risks and working with VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT.
· Train and development team members in the function to ensure a high level of professionalism in meeting the desired performance standards and functional objectives
· Closing accounting books at the month- end, quarter- end, year- end.

· Perform depreciation, allocation and closing entries in order to prepare internal report monthly
· Issue output VAT invoice

· 4- 5 years’ experience as General accountant in Retail/E- commerce/Financial business
· Pay attention to detail, careful, hardworking, supportive, willing to do attitude
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance.
· 1 year experience as Chief Accountant is a plus
· Good English communication
· Deep knowledge in VAS, Tax regulations and accounting systems

· Salary: negotiable
· Working hour is 9h- 18h Monday to Friday,
· 21 days annual leave per year.
