Chief Accountant / Senior General Accountant

Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Manage & eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk…
Other duties

Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
Any reports & tasks are assigned by Managing Director.
Control budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity.
Training to staffs well acknowledge, supervise staff in other additional issue.
Support other department with all works new store that require accountant competencies.
Work with System Company and all other reports required and Implement all processes, focus in business and management.
Work with tax authority, Bank, Custom, Logistic...
Produce and training process, policy to new staff to ensure the records are accurate.
Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and settle financial issue & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
Manage the export documents.

*** Qualifications & Experience:
University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting
From 3-4 years experience as Senior General Accountant/Chief Accountant in export company or F&B company. (size: <25 head counts)
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
*** Knowledge of Vietnamese law about Tax, Accounting, Investment.
Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Good analytical thinking.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.
Understanding of investment law (preferred).
Work well under high pressure.

Performance bonus: 13th month salary. Review Salary annually.
Work from Mon to Fri from 8:00-1700
Negotiable salary (up to 30M)
