Chief Accountant

1 Roles:
- Prepare monthly CAPEX tracking and high light to BOD for any issues in Pepper Plantation
- Review GL and guide FA team to ensure Accounts to be closed as timeline
- Directly work with Tax, External Auditor and head office to make sure that all tax laws and regulations requirement are followed
- Monitor the management of inventory (aging, storage loss if any)
- Ensure all spending in plantation are approved under Olam Financial Authority Matrix.
- Work with external audit to submit financial report on time
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by senior management
- Work with related department to fully prepare annual plantation budgeted
- Procedure issues if any to strengthen financial control and ensure all financial transaction are followed as Olam policy
- Prepare all financial report to upload in the group system on time
- Review and control AR/AP
- Organize stock count for Fixed Asset and inventory as schedule and report to manager if there are any issues
- Train and develop staff
- Directly in charge on internal audit and ensure that no major finding
- Implement Olam’s policy into practices
- Monitor cash flow and fund on daily basis
- Safeguard Plantation asset and inform to direct manager for any risks may incur
- Cost control under budgeted and prepare analysis report related
- Review payroll & statutory before submitting to management’s approval
2 Responsibility:
Has responsibility to fulfil the assigned works and report to F&A Manager and Senior Vice President
3 Relationship:
OGBS, Plantation operation team, Spices team, HCM team …
4 Supported by:
OGBS, Plantation operation team, Spices team, HCM team …

- Attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage team.
- Like to interact with people.
- Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting.
- Fluence in English.
- SAP or ERP experience is plus.
- Well in organization skill.
- Good in analysis skill.
- 3 years experiences in Chief Accountant position.
- Good solving problem skill.
- Positive attitude.
