Chief Accountant

Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role
Monitor cash, bank & account payable in accounting system
Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant for annual audit arrangements
Work consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
Provide supporting documents, details to tax office/inspectors
Responsible for day- to- day finance and accounts operations
Assist other members, directly involve in working with local tax authority.
Reconciliation of payments, cash and bank.
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Prepare monthly VAT report, financial report, mid- term loan report
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports
Record into accounting ledgers
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting yearly

Know well about Quang Tri province, Quang Tri people is preferred
Knowledge of local Vietnamese laws regarding accounting, finance and taxation.
Careful, detailed, pro- active, keen to learn, well- organized
Good at MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting major.
Well knowledge of corporate finance.
At least 5 years in an equivalent position related to financial accounting & management, of which over 3 years&039; experience as CA position in garment factory.
Experienced about VAT refund & Misa software are preferred
Female is preferred
Good at English skills
