Chief Accountant - Vsip 2A ,bình Dương

- Coordinate with finance team to complete monthly and yearly account cloing tasks within deadlines.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (FS) / year end financial report under IFRS and VAS to head office. Review, maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management and head office as needed.
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Fixed asset processing and reporting.
- Assist in product costing calculation.
- Ensure reconciliation of all balance sheet items on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and ensure inter company transactions are tally
- Handle VAT, CIT, transfer pricing (TP) and other tax submissions and compliance.
- Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries
- Monitoring for Accounts Receivable activities, oversee the debtors aging ensure debt are collect on time.
- Completing data backups.
- Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
- Manage and supervise the team and ensure that all daily accounting matters are handled in an efficient, competent and timely manner according with the local and - region guidelines.
- Ensure that the company complies with the accounting and financial rules set by the authorities at all times.
- Coordination and cooperation with tax authorities, banks, auditors and consulting company.
- Other duties as requested by superior and management.

- University graduated in Accounting or Finance
- requirements ages 32 year old and older
- At least 5 year experience as a Chief Accountant, especially experience in foreign companies.
- Must have experience work in FMCG industry
- Candidate with Big 4 audit is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS, VAS and taxation
- Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is advantageous.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently with multiple tasks and time management and cooperate well with team work and work under pressure. Willing to work hard for closing books at month end with strict deadlines;
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and other accounting software as Care Accounting software, E-invoice system
- Possess good analytical and interpersonal skills.
