Chief Accountant

Accountant report and analysist
· Improve process and work flow to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance
· Be responsible for annual financial internal and external audits.
· Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company operation and business development as a whole
· MLM reporting as regulation
· Performing accounting booking closing and analysis on monthly/quarterly/annual financial report according to US GAAP, cooperating with other team to enquire loss and profit analysis.
· Review and analyzing of accountant records and compliance with VAS/US; GAAP/IFRS/IAS[A1]
· Responsibility for all kind of tax compliance (PIT, VAT, CIT,…)
· Forecasting, budgeting and strictly controlling spending cost
· Maintain banking relationship to execute all financial tools support the business requirement.
· Working closely with relevant 3th arties, legal consultant, government authorities in order to ensure all operation activities on track are safe and smooth.
· Managing all aspects of the accounting and finance function to ensure accurate, complete and timely internal and external reporting.
· Providing solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/ accounting/ tax knowledge.
Business analysist
· Monitoring and analyzing company KPIs in detail.
· Involving inventory forecast, promotion program, events, business strategies, crisis and solutions.
· Following up and update quarterly business plan then presenting with whole management team before submitting to Regional Office.
· Analyzing an effectiveness and productivity of such company strategy.
· Analyzing cash flow, inventory turns, ROI, SWOT periodically.
Internal control and Compliance
· Build division control matrix and implement periodically audit to ensure it’s completely followed.
· Adapting Corporation anticorruption rule and doing whistle to identify violation if any.
· Leading risk management, providing alert and finding out properly solutions.
· Build the whole internal policy and SOP/ BPC and driving improvements time after time if necessary

Education and Experience

· Diploma of university degree or higher, major in Accounting or Finance, certificated Chief Accountant;
· At least 3 years as a Chief Accountant
Excellent at MS Excel, English
