Chief Architect/Deputy Design Director

***General
- You are going to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. Experience in design, land use, financial, legal and planning opportunities and issues to manage external professional firms that form the multi-disciplinary team for planning, design and construction of numerous high-end real estate and hospitality projects.
- You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match the required needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
***Duties and responsibilities:
- Design Architect
- Lead and manage client meetings including working sessions with contractors, consultants.
- Understanding project financials and contractual
- Understand and apply the Design standards and Building Code of Vietnam (or international standards if required) in the architecture drawings being produced.
- Developing, organizing, and reviewing building plans and design documents for municipal approvals
- Develop the concept into Design Documentation on time and accurately, managing the team (Architect & 3D).
- Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process according to the client and/or construction manager’s
- Monitoring progress and ascertaining whether stages of the construction administration are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.
- Supports the creation of the construction planning schedules with other departments but also generates the design master schedule for use in overall schedule or program agreed upon by Board of Director.
- Monitor the design from the beginning of construction through fit out and punch list phases.
- Ensure the overall and detailed design meets the expected international standards we demand. Will review the design drawings to ensure the level of detail and standards are present.
- Technical Architect
- Managing fundamental aspects of project delivery, from the design and construction documentation to construction administration.
- Participating directly in the design, development, and inspection of technical.
- Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work (especially technical) of project teams; including engineering and specialty
- Work closely with the other consultants ( M&E , structure…) in ensuring that the design concepts are interpreted accurately in the technical drawings.
- Assess and define the project technical feasibility (site survey & difficulties, measurements, surround landscape, urban special design requirements if any….), and recommends alternative options.
- Ensuring that projects meet code, environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic

- University graduate in Architecture-Professional architecture certificate
- An inspirational portfolio of recognized work
- Master in AUTOCAD, 3D max, Photoshop
- At least Ten years in architecture; 3 years in similar position in foreign-owned companies; strong experience as project leader in designing hospitality projects and be passionate in architecture.
- Have good skill in presentation
- Result-oriented attitude and proactive
- Good customer service oriented
- Management skills, good organizational skills, enthusiastic and imitative, good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, high adaptability, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, high sense of responsibility, proactive in providing support.
