Chief Concierge

Ensuring that all equipment (trolley, buggy, bicycles, umbrellas...) are in proper condition and recorded properly.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest needs or concerns.
Coordinate with drive to ensure daily transportation is arranged properly
Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff
Be thoroughly aware of arrivals and departures of each day with emphasis on VIP’s, groups, arrival time
Assist in maximize revenue, reach transportation target.
Liaise closely with other Departments to ensure special guest needs and other requests are met.
Develop and implement concierge and bellman service standards and procedures to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Lead and manage the concierge team and bellman team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including reservations, transportation, event planning, and special needs.
Ensure that all staff are fully informed and knowledgeable on resort facilities and services.
Ensure that the surrounding areas at the lobby level and main entrance are clean

Be responsible for training Bellman, driver

Typically 2+ years of experience as a Bellman, Bell Captain, or in a similar role in hospitality
Degree of Hospitality Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
Familiar with front desk services, transportation arrangements, and hotel check- in/check- out procedures.
