Chief Engineer

Develop/manage a prevention management program for all facilities in the hotel
Establishes and manages mid / long-term investment plans, manages monthly plans and performances by establishing, managing, and adjusting investment plans, repair works, and other expense plans for the next year
Supervise performance of facility, identify potential improvement in operation and continuously improve it
Compliance training and management to ensure that all employees are familiar with hotel policies regarding fire, safety, hygiene and health.

Bachelor&039;s degree: diploma in architecture, equipment, electrical and fire engineering preferred
At least two years experience in the same position
Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing) in Vietnamese and English
At least 10 years of experience in facilities/safety in the hospitality industry
Experience in the following areas: Required (building management, construction management), Preferred (environmental safety, disaster prevention, facility management)
