Chief Engineer/Trưởng phòng kỹ thuật (Wink Hotel Danang Riverside)

Additionally, Chief Engineer maintains liaison with related departments to follow up on the engineering and technical services requirements for the Wink Hotels including the company and government initiated technical and occupational health and safety programs.
This position needs to be highly familiar with the systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the other team members while on duty.
Chief Engineer is accountable for directing and managing in all aspects of hotel and building construction and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Wink Hotels’ policies and procedures.

• Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English
• More than 5 years’ experience in hotel’s engineering operations, at least 3 years as Chief Engineer/Assistant chief engineer in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre- opening experience
• Proven hands- on experience in the Engineering and Maintenance arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of engineering practices and measures
• Higher Diploma in Engineering; certification of Technical, Occupational Health and Safety Programs courses a plus
