Responsibilities
Build financial models to analyze and predict future scenarios;
Support accounting and auditing tasks when needed;
Work with banks, investors, auditors, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage all financial and accounting activities including cash flow, budgeting, cost control, taxation, investments, and financial risk management.
Control Revenue- Cost structure. Update the financial health status of the company to all stakeholders;
Oversee the accounting department (in coordination with the Chief Accountant) to ensure compliance with legal regulations, accounting standards, and financial transparency.
Construct internal financial reporting system for the company, analyze current problems and suggest financial solutions;
Requirements
Qualities: Humility, Integrity, Bravery
Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior financial management role.
Experience in education, technology, or multi- location business models is a strong advantage.
Skillset & Mindset:
Be able to build financial models and analyze data;
Good command of written & spoken English.
Have very strong data- driven & logical thinking mindset;
Have good problem solving skills;
Expert in finance management including business strategies in consistency with the finance model;

Experience:
Less than 2 years working in the accounting field, yet being used to manage an accounting team or expert in accounting is a plus;
Prioritize candidates with experience in managing corporate financial or in working with investment funds/auditing firm;
Less than 3 years working in auditing field, yet being used to work in auditing field is a plus.
Prioritize candidates who worked directly with B.O.D;
Prioritize candidates being used to work in modern, Hi- tech companies or VC backed companies or fast growing companies;
