Our client is a top- notch fashion & cosmetics retailer who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
Represent BOD to review and address high level matters related to finance, such as Cash Flow projection and management, by working with banks or parent companies for cash resources, etc.
Provide training to all departments on relevant policy/ procedures, monitoring compliance by staff.
Manage internal Compliance Audit team to ensure all company policies are followed and implemented properly.
Deliver consistent policies and procedures to guarantee good risk management, strict adherence to legal and accounting standards, and adequate monitoring for cost efficiency.
Be responsible to BOD and other stakeholders, including prompt and accurate reporting, keeping transparent records in order, coordinating with Tax officers, external auditors, etc.
Lead Finance & Control teams, guarantee that teams fulfill their function.
Lead preparation for M&A initiatives, execute long term business planning or budgeting, and evaluate Appraisal on operations of a brand or a store.
Oversee all the matters of the company, evaluating scenarios that may have financial or compliance implications.
Consult and involve in Finance & Control operations, such as reviewing profit/loss appraisals for new brands, review retail price/buying plans for new stores, evaluating marketing/promotional proposals, and advise on loyalty customer policies and staff incentives.
Other tasks assigned by BODs.
Managing the Control system, with the involvement of IT systems (ERP, POS, ECommerce, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Skilled in SAP or ERP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Having CPA, ACCA and CFA is a big plus.
At least 5 years of experience working in similar positions such as CFO, finance controller, or relevant roles in retail, large- scale or rapid- growing firms.
Solid knowledge of corporate financial law, IFRS and risk management practices.
Business ethics, integrity and data- driven mindset.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and forecasting methods.
