Chief Financial Officer

Partner with CEO & BOD to shape long- term growth strategy, including fundraising, market expansion, and M&A.
● Manage cash flow, capital structure, and cost efficiency.
● Build and lead a strong finance & accounting team.
● Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A): budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
● Oversee accounting & taxation: ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and timely tax finalization.
● Establish risk management framework at company level, covering financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
● Implement ERP, BI, and AI- enabled finance tools for automation and data- driven decision making.
● Drive fundraising & investor relations: prepare models, manage due diligence, maintain transparent communication with investors and banks.

● 10+ years in finance, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership (CFO/Finance Director/VP Finance).
● Strong English communication, leadership, and team development.
● Track record in fundraising, investor relations, and working with Boards is a plus
● Strong background in high- growth or VC- backed companies; exposure to EdTech/tech is a plus..
● Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
● Tech- savvy: familiar with ERP, BI, AI in finance
● Experience in FP&A, corporate tax finalization, risk management, and M&A.
● Mastery of corporate finance, accounting standards (VAS/IFRS), and compliance.
