Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing cash flow to ensure that the Company&039;s current and future liquidity needs are met.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Managing financial operations of the Company and its affiliates. Providing analytical reports and in-depth research on the Company&039;s production and business areas to help the Board of Directors arrive at business decisions based on reliable financial information.
- Balancing capital sources, mobilizing additional capital for production, business and investment activities of the Company and its affiliates.
- Being responsible for human resource management of the Finance Department of the Company and its affiliates, including recruitment plans, assessment, reward and discipline proposals, and personnel mobilization within the Company.
- Developing strategy and system administration, human resources and financial information technology solutions. Supporting the Board of Directors to analyze and evaluate M&A activities.

*** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 05 years of management experience in Finance, Banking or Accounting/Auditing/Financial Consulting, in senior leadership positions of large companies or corporations.
- University degree or higher in: Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing.
*** ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Having a positive working attitude, proper manners, responsibility, respect and compliance with the corporate governance system. Always having a sense of change and knowing how to manage change.
- Competency (Leadership/Administration):
+ Having the mindset, vision and ethics, bravery and prestige at work, the ability to manage and lead, professional working style;
+ Ability to connect and manage the financial system (regulatory system, framework process) and to advise, plan and implement financial strategy in accordance with the Company&039;s strategy and management".
- Professional competence:
+ General knowledge and skills: Fluency in specialized English: listening, speaking, reading and writing; Ability to strategically orient the information technology application and digital solutions to management activities. Good management and leadership skills; Ability to build and develop staff; Presentation and negotiation skills;
+ Professional expertise: Preparing the financial strategic planning, financial analysis, controlling corporate governance and compliance, legal and management information systems.
- Priority recruitment conditions (if any): CPA (Certified Public Accountants)/ CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)/ ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificates are preferred.
