Financial Reporting
Effective communicate of financial results to executive leadership and board member.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statement in accordance to IFRS and local accounting standard include Group consolidation reporting.
Monitor compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
Stay abreast of industry trends, external social/geopolitical conditions and market fluctuation that may impact the business.
Implementation of group insurance policy as first line of defend for the Group risks management.
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Implement and maintain internal control to safeguard company assets.
Capital Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Evaluate capital investment or any investment opportunities and provide sound recommendations.
Optimize and maximize the funding exploring various financial option to support the Group aggressive growth.
Treasury Management:
Ensure effective cash management and optimize investment returns.
Manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposure.
Manage banking relationships with foreign/local banks, include monitoring the debt covenants level at Company and Group level, negotiating financial agreements and terms.
Financial Strategy:
Provide financial insights to support mid to long- term planning and decision- making.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the overall corporate strategy.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance shareholders’ value.
Team leadership:
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across finance functions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Lead and mentor a high- performing finance team
Tax, regulatory and legal:
Ensure all contract and agreements executed is in accordance to law and regulations and at fair commercial and legal terms.
Ensure full compliance of tax, regulatory and legal in accordance with law, regulations, and any authorities requirements.

Qualifications:
 Experience : Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the MNC FMCG industry with minimum 5 to 8 years as head of finance.
 Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
 Professional Qualification: Chief Accountant Certification.

 Proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
