. Financial & Investment Strategy
- Formulate a comprehensive financial strategy to guide and ensure sustainable company development.
- Propose innovative financial models and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) strategies to expand investment activities.
- Research, analyze, and propose an optimal investment portfolio in securities, real estate, and other financial assets.
- Develop capital management strategies, fundraising plans, and cash flow optimization to ensure long- term growth.
Senior Strategic Advisory
- Directly advise the Board of Directors and Executive Board on key investment decisions.
- Participate in planning business expansion strategies and financial- investment ecosystem development.
- Develop financial scenarios and market fluctuation forecasts to help the company proactively manage opportunities and risks.
- Provide financial development strategies through market analysis and macroeconomic trend forecasting.
Financial & Investment Risk Management
- Monitor financial and securities market movements, assessing their impact on the investment portfolio.
- Develop and oversee risk management strategies to ensure investment security and efficiency.
- Control investment portfolio liquidity, ensuring flexible market responsiveness.
- Proactively propose financial strategy adjustments based on real- time market conditions to optimize profitability.
External Relations & Investment Expansion
- Represent the company at financial- investment conferences and forums to enhance brand positioning and collaboration opportunities.
- Expand networks with major corporations, investment groups, and industry experts to explore strategic partnerships.
- Connect with strategic partners to raise capital and develop long- term investment projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, banks, and investment funds both domestically and internationally.
Team Management & Talent Development
- Foster a professional, innovative, and dynamic corporate culture in finance and investment
- Lead and inspire the financial team, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high- caliber financial- investment team to execute the company’s strategy.

- Strong ability to plan and advise on financial strategies to drive corporate growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Investment, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous senior finance leadership or advisory roles in large corporations or investment funds.
- Strategic mindset with in- depth knowledge of real estate, hospitality, and financial assets.
- Fluently in English (Upper- Intermediate)
- Creativity in investment strategies.
- At least 10 – 15+ years of experience in finance, securities investment, real estate, or fund management.
- Solid experience in financial investment, especially in securities.
